Yuletide approaches soon..

Well yuletide is in the air
Whistles down the street
Happy daze!
Peace and Goodwill to all mankind
Where to now?
Away from the spooks!
Back to the roots
Of pagan strong and wiccan long
Of family celebrations
A long time coming this year
Is This yule ahead
Why do the worlds unite
With the ever bright candles
Of yesteryear
Of tomorrow, today and yesterday
How do we save life

Halloween amongst the children...

Well it was all nice to return home
Begin the transformation into magical creatures, ghosties and ghoulies
This year I was a green batwoman witch
My little one was a vampire
why you ask?
Well her dad is Count Dracula
She don't stand much chance!!
Little angel
I love Halloween
All the beauty of dressing up yourself and the house
We had a few decorations mostly a good jack o' lantaern!!
I wish I could really go to town
Perhaps next year we will do what others in the neighbourhood excel at
It's really big round here#
I love seeing their houses looking spooky!!
Trick or treating is great fun
This year petal cakes was extra generous and gave away half her stash of goodies to the big kids so karmically she's blessed!
Where do Our hearts go?
To find the way home
Obscure but true
He was dressed well for Halloween
Rolled in from the pub looking like himself!!!!
That's enough to scare anyone!!
Why do we act like fools gold
Because it's pyrite!
It's a lovely crystal of fire and might!
Well thank you good people of the Halloween
WE dream on to Yuletide!!
Blessings of light and love
Blessed BE

The Mabon past..

As the copper hues of the leaves

Drift across the forest floor

May We pray all the more

For an abundance true

From nature

Thank you Mother Earth for the apples

The nuts, the berries

All those beautiful leaves

Thank you for the harvest of the autumn

Welcome to a new world of light

Where all is safe

All is well

The cloak of the Goddess

A cloak so fine

Woven anew each and every year

Leaves and grasses

Nuts and Berries

Copper, Russet all kinds of browns, yellows and reds

Animals I believe are making their winter beds

Thank you Lady for the seasons

Thank you Lord once too

For bringing such a balance

To Us from Nature golden

Thank you for the autumn sunshine

Thank you for each leaf

Thank you for each berry

That heals us from our grief

Thank you for the merry nuts

Of wanders far and wide

Thank you for the gifts You share

As the leaves do glide

Welcome to this season of abundance

Thank you for the gifts of autumn

Thank you for nature and all Her blessings

To the Lord I give my heart

To bring the strength of Light

To respect all Nature

To give a merry dance

To give a moment of celebration

A harvest supper

A bowl of fruits

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Thank you for the Mabon!

Blessed BE

Brigantia a Great goddess of Britain

Worldwide the Goddess shines so bright

By day She in the sunshine

Bathes in the Moon by night

The summer of Love grows and blooms

Future essence bright

Everything is coming up roses

Beautiful night

Beltane seems a mere memory

Litha shining glory

Beltane Blessings

The simplicity of a cat

Asleep while we gather strength

Drifting through a gentle haze

Partying alone can bring the praise

Preparing the way for a brand new day

My cat and I

Where to go on this beautiful night?

What to say to make it right?

Why does a cat look of the night?

My cat heals my heart

My cat helps me sing

My cat and I does everything

We walk, we talk we dance we sing

Mog and I

The Imbolc blessings...

As winter turns to spring

We say goodbye to everything

That's dark or dusty

Or had it's day

To brighten up our merry way

Forward we go with renewed vigour

Laughing at our new found figure

As the weight dropped off

A new spring in my step

Party harder then I'll rest once more

Work harder than that

To feel alive

To make good the bad

To survive

Thanks be for love

Thanks be for praise

Thanks be to all those dull dark days

For all the shining light that burst forth

Into a new world of light we come

To celebrate as ONE
