Imbolc, Springtime

What ere ye call

This time of year 

With green so small

Dancing out the Earth

To beckoning skies

Everyone breathing sighs

Niceites  

Yuletide beckons on

After all is said and done

The land of the living was finally ONE

We danced we sang

WE played our part

But Yuletide brings a joyful heart

Dancing children singing song

The oldies dancing all night long

Why doth winter ever feel bleak

When truly Yule is for the meek

The mirth is found in a child's little eyes

When Santa's sleigh adorns the skies

Why do reindeer come at dawn

Goodness they need a home

We like to keep our animal friends safe

We like the merriment of this seasontide

Will you believe when you do ride

In Santa's sleigh across the bay

With life for all on each new day

Help is coming, Santa's helpers are here

All the old men are on the beer

Why do children seem to hear

Because we feel the rythmic sounds

Of drums and bells and carols sung

In churches up and down the land

Everything looks bright and grand

Children do remember this night

To sleep like angels do

ONly then will Santa truly appear

When He sees the way is clear

Thank you Jesus and thank you God

Everyone can join together

To bring about some sunny weather

Each and every girl and boy

Finds that extra special toy

In their stocking on Christmas morn

As the reindeer tribes blow their horn

Halloween Last

Dancing spirits glorious rise

The dark Unicorn hits the skies

This one Mystique will protect you just

Dark yet bright with sparkle

Heed ye must

With baskets in hand

We gathered well

The blessings of the Halloween spell

Traditions a'plenty

Held so dear

Round 'ere

While we must say goodbye

The morrow comes

Samhain is nigh

The night is bright

And many sing

For all those dear departed

To gather near

Why must they come and go

OH why I do not know

But on this night remember well

We do all those we lost ago

Perhaps the burning candles tell

A story of our mournful dwell

With All Hallows Eve agon

The spirits leave 

To move back to where the veils draw close

And why they ever leave us know one knows

Thank you God and the Goddess too

For all that's beneath the sky of blue

But most of all thanks for this night

When magical beings with the Sight

Can enjoy again time with those they mourn

Can gather tight from dusk til dawn

That special evening of magic divine

That you gifted us 

Tween yours and mine

The One

The True 

Held so dear

Perhaps the Night will make it clear

Special cookies on a plate

Nooks and crannies to decorate

Life is good and life is great!

Autumntime

Autumn approaches as we look at the ripening corn

Golden light, browning leaves

"Golden Brown texture like sun"

Whether life is now or ever

We will be together

We know how life brings joy each and every day

Life kisses the skies of a new tomorrow

Where there will be no more sorrow

Where Jack Sparrow sings bottle in hand

Where light trips the fantastic

Over the golden sand

Why Lord? Why do they the enemy forsake me?

When the river burns with fire

Tomorrow will be higher

Lammas bright

That beginning comes to all who wait

Of Autumntide ahead

Slowly berries turn to black from red

Nuts begin to fall to the ground

Carefully turns the wheel

Ground to sky upon is nigh

The beautiful autumn zeal

Why do we feel so joyous now?

Because thanks to thee is right

To LOrd and Lady

To Earth and Sun

To the Moon of the Night

Thanks and praises

All are One

To Divine Good Energy

To Spirit, Earth

And the Holy One

Thanks be to thee so clear

Why so fine a cheer?

Thanks be for listening dear

Autumn gives us all a chance

To see the Grace of God

His/Her Giving Nature

All around is good

Great tidings of good natured souls

Great tidings one and all

Thank you dear Lord Jesus for

Helping Us feel small

To look up to the sky above

Is to see the world so high

Perhaps we feel a little One

Or really are we shy?

To me humanity is close

Where One and One is all

All be equal

All be light

All be good and true

Thank you great beings

For good mercy

Than you for the sky so blue

It's that time of year

When we give a cheer

And the Heavens open bright

People celebrate summer's peak

With peace and love and light

Sunshine in abundance

Summer in full swing

Dancing all the night through

Stars and Moon too

This blessed year we gave good thanks

We cried for sunny days

We hoped and prayed all would be well

We danced on thro the haze

Brightly shone the Moon that night

Summertime is here

Thank you Lord for being so bright

Can you hear us here?

For blessings true

For holding all that's near

So close to your heart

To love impart

And help us all to see

That life is good for thee

The Baeltane Sunrise

Looking across a moonlit sky

The world seemed everlasting

Clouds drifted across the moon

Why doth my heart feel pain

What more could there be beyond the veils

I haven't hastened a thought

A while passed by with wandering minds

Like the river's journey across the plains

Where too my love,

Where to you go?

To rivers far and wide

How blessed be the night so dear

The night of woe betide

What have you done to see the light?

Wherefore thy heart doth wander?

Do you have a focus now?

For up there yonder

Above the skies I feel my heart will follow

I realise now that somewhere along the way

My true love feels sorrow

Wherefore art thou, Romeo?

Where's that bright blue spark?

What oceans bled?

What life so red?

When will I shine?

The morrow.

AS the morning comes to pass

The light beyond the dawn

Gracious one who held so dear

My life, my Moon, my sorrow.

Light shine upon my little world

Shine greatly brighten dark

Help up to see what could really be
